General Terms & Conditions
The overall conditions of i3d are of use on every agreement between i3d and her customers. The last change in our General Terms was on february the 8th, 2006. To open and read our General Terms you will need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com. We suggest you download a copy of the General Terms at your computer. It is also possible to recieve a written copy of the conditions.

To rent a gameserver, i3d follows the following additional conditions:
- A private server may never be switched to public. A public server may be switched to private.
- Branded servers allways need to have a reference to "i3D.net" in their servername
- Raising the tickrate/netspeed/cpu-booster set-up to abnormal high values is forbidden. This may cause lag on your gameservers as well on other gameservers.
- Changing the gameserver ip/port is not allowed. This however can be done on request.
